Quality management
The current dynamic growth and rapidly changing economic environment puts businesses before the problem of ensuring a long- term competitiveness. The decisive factor is therefore the system and the quality of governance. This requires introducing into practice new methods of management. The basic objective is to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of services offered.
In January 2016 has been introduced the management system of quality, which meet the requirements of standards ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) 9001: 2008 (Quality management system), ISO 14001: 2004 (Environmental management system) and OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Occupational health and safety management system). We are talking about integrated system which ensure quality, environment and occupational health and safety at work.
It is important to note that the management system nowadays is not a luxury but a necessity to ensure the long term competitiveness. On the other hand, it should be mentioned that the introduction of quality management system does not automatically improve the quality of the company. It is a long-term process that would ultimately lead to improving customer satisfaction and partnership relations, efficiency, reducing costs, reducing risk, increasing labor productivity, the clear identification of responsibility and of course last but not least to improve the quality of services offered.
